Jim Campbell started Mission Santa Maria in 2007 with the help of his family and friends.
Jim is from New Jersey and graduated from Franciscan University and received his MBA from Georgetown University. Before moving to Ecuador in June 2019, he spent 10 years working in banking in New York City. Most recently he was with Layton Road Group, and previously with BNP Paribas and Credit Suisse.
Jim is married to Grace, a nurse practitioner from California. They met in NYC, the unlikeliest of places, and were married in 2018. They live in Ecuador with their two daughters.
